Recently began to look over some journal notes from a few years ago. Isaiah 58:6-7 on the meaning of True Fasting: “Break chains of wickedness, untie ropes of the yoke, set the oppressed free, share bread with the hungry, bring poor and hopeless into your home, do not ignore your own flesh and blood.”
