About 18 months after Elisée was born, I was coming out of the storage room Patrice uses as an office and spotted Elisée doing the “baby waddle-walk” toward my house. I called to him, “ELISEE!” He stopped dead in his tracks. He slowly turned around. He spotted me. Throwing his hands in the air he headed toward me repeating over and over, “Grandma! Grandma! Grandma!” and did not stop until he propelled himself into my open, waiting arms!

While the “Prodigal son” was still a far way off…he saw his father looking toward him, then running toward him….with arms open wide. How about you and I turning away from the world, turn back to our Jesus…and run toward Him crying, “Savior! Savior! Savior!” Luke 15:11-32
