Elisée is brilliant! OK. I admit, I am his grandma, but none the less he is brilliant. In three years he has been in three different places, three different schools. He has never been lower than 5th out of 60-80 students. He teaches me things on my computer! I download something to my iPad for him and within a week he has mastered it (and thus is bored with it). Learning comes so easily to him; he does not realize yet what a gift of intelligence God has given him. One day he will. I have claimed him for Jesus. Prior to his birth, Patrice and Celine asked me to name him. I prayed and asked God to show me the name He already chose. Our Lord took me to the book of First Kings and the account of Elijah and Elisha (Eli and Elisée in French.) The Lord impressed upon me that one day in the future Shattering Darkness Directorship would be passed from Patrice to his son (Elisée) as Elijah passed the ‘mantle of ministry’ from himself to Elisée! 1 Kings 19:16-21; 2 Kings 2:19-22
