Never thought these words would come from my mouth…It is a great privilege to be able to start exercising again! 2013 presented many health problems which kept me from the treadmill and exercise bike. I am healthy again! I find how I really missed the exercise. (While on the treadmill I listen to praise music…while on the bike I pray.) How I thank our Lord for restored health!
